Capstone: parallel project audit

Three read-only specialists, one conflict-free synthesis, no unapproved edits.

Audit a practice repository with three specialists running in parallel: one on accessibility, one on test coverage, one on documentation. All three read-only, all three with a result contract, all three with a stopping condition and a budget you set in advance.

Then do the part that makes it an audit rather than three reports: produce one prioritised plan. Where the workers agree, say so. Where they conflict — and on a real repository at least one pair will — trace it to evidence rather than averaging. Keep confidence levels attached to the items.

Do it now, in your own tools. Keep this evidence: the three reports with their file citations, the synthesis with its agreement, conflict and decision sections, your declared budget beside what the run actually used, and confirmation that nothing was edited. Verify at least one claim from each report yourself and note which one you'd have accepted unchecked.
